PROVIDING TELEHEALTH SERVICES VIA VIDEO CONFERENCING FOR CLIENTS LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA

Have you ever felt like one part of you wants to move forward, while another part holds you back? Some parts try to protect us, some carry pain from the past, and others may act out when we’re overwhelmed. Parts Work helps you make sense of these inner voices—not as flaws, but as meaningful parts of who you are. When we experience trauma and it is unprocessed, parts get emotionally stuck back in time (trauma time) and need to be healed to be in the present (present time). At the center of it all is your Adult Self—the calm, compassionate, wise part of you that can lead with clarity and care

I use both Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Structural Dissociation Model to inform the Parts Work I do with clients. In therapy, we gently get to know these parts, understand what they need, and help them feel safe enough to let go of old roles that no longer serve you. This process can bring deep healing, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of inner harmony.

Parts Work is especially helpful for people dealing with anxiety, trauma, self-criticism, or feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. You don’t have to fight with yourself anymore—Parts Work offers a way to listen, heal, and reconnect with your Whole Self.
