I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1992. Additionally, I have been trained in EMDR since 1995. I am currently a Certified EMDR therapist. Additionally, I have advanced training in the Flash Technique and years of experience in in Parts Work, mindfulness and somatic techniques.
I worked in the schools for a number of years as a school counselor (K-8). I also taught college for many years at St. Mary's College of California in Moraga in their graduate program and at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill on various psychology topics.
